Serves: 2
Ingredients:

  1. Besan Flour / கடலை மாவு - 2 cup
  2. Food Color - Orange, yellow, green - 1 pinch
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Chili powder - Optional - 1 tsp

Procedure:

   1.  Put all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Slowly add water and mix well. There should be no lumps. Batter should be neither too thick nor too thin. Dosa batter consistency will be good.
    2.  Heat oil in a kadai. When the oil is hot, take a karandi with holes. Pour a scoop of batter over the karandi and gently rub it with spoon. The batter should rise immediately to the surface.
   3.  Reduce to medium flame and roast till the sound ceases. Strain oil and place it over the tissue.

All always wantd to make these kind, due to lack of recipe i never tried. Let me try tis diwali and wl let u knw.thanks
